This is a true story about the security
guard in the pix & video. A friend of a friend was riding his bike back home at night along the Galle road. He was a bit high after a party. When he was passing Maggona, suddenly he was stopped by a cop. He stopped & pleaded with the cop "aneee sir, please let me go only for today... I had a small party...I'm sorry..." Anyway the cop was not reacting like he should be, so our friend tried to shake himself out of his drunkenness and carefully looked at the cop again only to find that it was this security guy! Our friend had just saw the stop gesture made by him & thought he was stopped by a cop!
